Ooh! This is the first time I saw your current shading style. 
And it's great! The way you drew Amy's head is unique and awesome too! Her facial expression is really cool! I like how she looks ready for some action, no one better mess with this girl and her big slapping stick!

I am going to be honest, when I was just a little kid, I grew up watching Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon. I think those sailor suits and any outfit like it are pretty outfits now. And I love your own spin on the Sailor suit. It's so cute! And it also looks similar to Amy's red dress that we all know and love, particularly for me where there's the white trimming around the collar 
I like the yellow cloth around her neck too (I'm sorry, but I actually don't know if its called an ascot or a scarf 
) but I love how some of it is flowing behind Amy, almost like a tiny yellow cape. the shading on the gold bracelets and gold pieces on her shoes look perfect by the way! I really love her shoes so much too, I think they are perfect for this kind of outfit.

By the way, I've heard of a "tsukkomi" before too! The comedy duos even sound funny together. Now the question is... Who could be a good funny man alongside Amy as the straight lady...? The only person I can think of is Knuckles, because he seems to always get hit by Amy one way or another lately!
